Senior partner and office founder. Born in Hanover. After completing a commercial traineeship with Siemens and six months’ service in Stockholm, studied law in Göttingen and Freiburg/Breisgau. Post-graduate legal training in the north of Germany, Baden-Württemberg and at the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. Doctoral thesis ›The Non-Attack Clause in Patent Licensing Agreements‹. 1966: established a law office in Hanover.
